Rasharm Rampton, 18, has been given a criminal behaviour order banning him from entering Grays High Street, Lakeside and several other places, unless he is with a parent.
He has also been prevented from associating with named members of the C17 gang in public.
The teenager from Tilbury pleaded guilty to four charges of being concerned in the supply of cocaine, crack cocaine, heroin and cannabis at Basildon Youth Court on Tuesday, 8 January.
“We do not tolerate drug dealing in Thurrock and continue to target those involved, using all the powers available to us,” said Chief Inspector Claire Talbot.
“Gangs and those involved with them have no place in our community and we’ll continue to work with our partners and residents to get them off our streets.”
Rampton was arrested on Wednesday, 5 September and has been sentenced to six month detention and training order. He must also a £30 victim surchage.
Other areas he’s banned from are: Clarence Road, Cart Lane, Crown Road, Grays Park, Grays Beach and Thames Road.
He’s also not allowed to own, use, or have a mobile phone or SIM card without telling police, and must not have more than £100 in cash at any one time without good reason and proof of where it came from.
