The centre-back, who has Premier League experience with Wolves, was reportedly upset with being subbed in the 2-0 defeat to Ebbsfleet on Saturday.
He apparently failed to acknowledge boss Justin Edinburgh after he was taken off and replaced by new signing Jamie Turley.
In a statement, Orient said: “Following actions that didn’t meet club standards at the league game against Ebbsfleet United, the decision has been made to make the defender available for transfer.
“No further comment will be made at the moment.”
Orient are already short of defenders, with Josh Coulson and Marvin Ekpiteta both sidelined with injury.
