Sixty firefighters battle flames in Highams Park

Firefighters have been tackling a blaze in Highams Park this afternoon.

It happened at a shop with flats in Winchester Road. 

Both the first floor flat and roof were set alight. 

Eight fire engines and around 60 firefighters were called to the scene shortly after midday. 

The cause of the blaze is currently unknown.
