The raids were carried out last Thursday and yesterday as part of a proactive operation by the Metropolitan Police.
Abu Sherwan Choudhury, 23, of Charles Road, and Paul Burnett, 27, of St Marks’ Place, have both been charged with conspiracy to supply Class A drugs.
Choudhury has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at Snaresbrook Crown Court on Friday, 15 March.
Burnett was charged yesterday and is scheduled to have appeared at Thames Magistrates Court today.
18 people have been charged in total, mostly for offences relating to the supply of Class A drugs in Tower Hamlets.
Two men who were arrested in the raids have been released under investigation and another man was ordered to pay a fixed penalty notice for possession of a Class B drug.
