Officers want to locate Ifeanyi Eze.
Ifeanyi Eze, 35, is wanted by Essex Police, which is looking into an incident in Rayleigh in May 2018.
He was last known to be living in Barking and also has links to, Romford, Brentwood, Hutton, and Canning Town.
Eze is black, with receding black hair usually shaven or bald. He also has brown eyes and is sometimes known to sport a thin moustache and some facial hair.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact the Volume Fraud Team at Chelmsford police station on 101, using the crime reference number 42/60624/18.
