It happened in the South Street venue shortly after 3am on Sunday morning.
The victim, who is in his 20s, was taken to hospital and his injuries have been deemed non life-threatening or life-changing injuries.
A spokesperson for the Met Police said: “Officers were flagged down in South Street, Romford, at about 3.10am on Sunday, 11 August to reports of a stabbing inside a nightclub.
“Officers and the London Ambulance Service attended and found a man, aged in his 20s, suffering from stab injuries.”
Two men, aged 20 and 19, were arrested at the scene on suspicion of attempted murder.
They were taken to a local police station and have subsequently been released under investigation for GBH pending further enquiries by police.
“Havering Police wish to thank the door staff and the management for their swift actions at the night club during and post incident and for providing assistance during the immediate investigation,” a Havering Police spokesperson said on twitter.
