The pair were injured during the incident in Park Lane late last night.
A police spokesperson said officers were called at 11.20pm yesterday.
They added: “The London Ambulance Service attended and took the two victims, aged in their 30s, to an east London hospital.
“Their injuries are not life-threatening or life-changing.
“The three suspects left the premises prior to police arrival.”
A mobile phone is reported to have been stolen.
Police say no arrests have been made and have appealed for anyone with information to get in touch with investigators by calling 101 quoting CAD 8730/22OCT or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
