Chigwell Group provides repairs and maintenance services for housing associations and local councils across the south and east of England.
The first new contract is with Mount Green Housing Association, which owns and manages around 1,500 homes in Surrey and Sussex.
The deal includes day-to-day responsive repairs, emergency call outs, voids, and internal and external refurbishments.
The contract is for an interim 18 months and will be worth around £5m.
The second contract is with Barnet Council, to provide back-up to its internal maintenance organisation.
That contract covers voids, day-to-day responsive repairs, major works, and dis-repair cases, and is worth £2 million per annum over five years.
Dean Floyd, the chairman of Chigwell Group, said: “Although 2020 has been a very challenging period, we are delighted that our ‘Right First Time’ approach continues to cement the company’s continual growth and, even during these unprecedented times, we continue to deliver on time, within budget, and to a standard which exceeds our customers’ expectations and is one of the main factors for our success in winning major tenders such as these.”
