Police were called to a collision between two cars and stabbing in Gale Street, near to Becontree station, on Monday, 17 August.
It is believed two cars had crashed and a man inside one of the vehicle had been stabbed.
The victim was taken to hospital with knife wounds that were not life-threatening.
In a statement, the Met Police said: “Lionel Rizula, 27 and Tyronne Danso, 24, have been charged with violent disorder, GBH and dangerous offences.
“Tyronne Danso appeared at Barkingside Magistrates Court on Monday, 24 August and was remanded into custody.
“Lionel Rizula is due to appear at Barkingside Magistrates Court today.”
Two other men, Ghyslaine de Sintat, 29 and Ryan Delaney, 22 have already been charged and appeared previously at Barkingside Magistrates Court.
