The 35-year-old was detained on suspicion of burglary on Tuesday, 12 January. He remains in custody for questioning.
Police are investigating a party which was held at All Saints Church on New Year’s Eve.
Officers reportedly had objects thrown at them when they tried to break up the event and a large mess was left in the Tudor building.
A 35-year-old man from Romford was also arrested on suspicion of burglary yesterday. He has since been released under investigation.
Four other people previously detained in connection with the incident have also been released under investigation.
Detectives are continuing to look into the incident.
