The traditional family pantomime Aladdin will return at Christmas
A production of Tim Firth’s hit comedy Neville’s Island will kick off a new season of work.
It will run from Thursday, 20 May until Saturday, 12 June and between Tuesday, 12 June and Saturday, 3 July.
Socially distanced seating will remain in place until the end of June at least.
Love Letters, a brand-new jukebox musical featuring the best of Essex pop, will take over the main stage between Friday, 30 July and Saturday, 21 August.
Romford-born David Eldridge will bring his critically acclaimed play ‘Beginning’ back to the theatre in early autumn.
It takes a touching look at the first fragile moments of risking your heart and taking a chance.
Beginning first premier at the National Theatre before transferring to the West End and is now coming to Hornchurch.
Finally, people will be able to celebrate Christmas by going to see the traditional family pantomime Aladdin.
The theatre will only reopen if Covid-19 restrictions allow.
