A van was stolen from outside a property in Staples Road, after a set of keys were taken from inside the building, between 9am and 11.30am on Thursday, 25 February.
The victims wallet was also taken and one of the card’s from inside it has been used since.
A spokesperson for Essex Police said: “Anyone who may know the man pictured or has seen a grey Volkswagen van, registration WD16 AWH, is asked to please contact us.
“If you have any information you can submit a report online at https://www.essex.police.uk or use the ‘Live Chat’ button to speak to an online operator between 7am-11pm.
“Please quote the crime reference number 42/34671/21.
