The 16-year-old was stabbed to death in Church Road at 6.40pm, on Friday, 7 May.
An 18-year-old man was arrested at an address in Romford yesterday on suspicion of murder and has been taken into custody.
Three other males, aged 15, 18 and 19, were previously charged with murder on Wednesday, 12 May.
A 15-year-old male, was arrested on Friday, 7 May on suspicion of murder.
Joshua Kerr, 18, of Romford, was arrested on Friday, 7 May on suspicion of murder.
Two days later, Callum Hands, 19, of Romford was also arrested on suspicion of murder.
All three were charged with murder and possession of an offensive weapon less than a week later and appeared at Barkingside Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, 12 May.
They were initially remanded in custody to appear at the Old Bailey on Friday, 14 May, then were further remanded in custody to next appear in the same court on Friday, 30 July.
Three other males were also previously arrested in connection with the incident.
The first, a 16-year-old male, was arrested on Friday, 7 May on suspicion of affray.
An 18-year-old was the second male arrested on Monday, 10 May on suspicion of murder.
The third, a 24-year-old man, was arrested on Tuesday, 11 May on suspicion of murder.
They’ve all been released on bail to return at a date in early June.
Police are continuing to appeal for information.
