Police called to Barking as teenager rescued in Hackney

Police have rescued a teenager who was being held against his will in Hackney. 

Specially trained officers found a 17-year-old male with a head injury in Jenner Road at around 6.25pm on Thursday, 10 June. 

He was taken to hospital where his condition has been established as not life-changing. 

Officers were also called to London Road, Barking, as part of the incident. 

A 19-year-old man was located with no visible injuries. 

An investigation has been launched to establish the circumstances surrounding the incident. 

Enquiries are ongoing.
