Officers in Central Park attended to the three men at around 6.43pm on Saturday, 11 September.
Two of the men, aged 24 and 18, were taken to hospital where their injuries have been assessed as non-life changing and non-life threatening.
The third man, 24, had been slashed on the arm but was provided with first aid at the scene
There have been no arrests made.
A spokesperson for Met Police said: “At this early stage there have been no arrests but an investigation is under way to establish what took place and to identify those involved.
“The park was busy at the time of the incident and it is likely that a number of people saw what happened.”
