Man rushed to hospital after falling from height in Collier Row

A man has been rushed to hospital after falling off a building in Collier Row. 

Paramedics treated the man at the scene in Clockhouse Lane at around 3.10pm today. 

An air ambulance was also called to the area and took him to hospital for further treatment. 

We are currently waiting for an update on his condition.

The Metropolitan Police attended the scene and have confirmed the incident “is not being treated as suspicious”. 

A London Ambulance Spokesperson said: “We were called at 3.08pm today (10 January) to reports of an incident at a residential address on Clockhouse Lane, Romford.

“We sent an ambulance crew, a medic in a car, an advanced paramedic, and an incident response officer. We also dispatched London’s Air Ambulance.

“We treated a person at the scene and took them to a major trauma centre as a priority.”
