The Dagenham and Redbridge player filmed his brother, West Ham defender Kurt Zouma, kicking and slapping a pet cat last month.
The 23-year-old was suspended from the club following the incident but will now be able to play for them again.
“Since the allegation, and whilst investigations were taking place, Dagenham & Redbridge FC took the decision that Yoan should not play football for the club,” said a spokesperson for the team.
“Four weeks have now elapsed however since the incident, and the club feels that any further suspension from the team would be detrimental to both the club and Yoan.
“A decision has been made therefore for Yoan to be available to play.
“The Club reserves the right to take further action if deemed necessary after conclusion of the Court proceedings.”
The spokesperson also reiterated that the club condemns “all animal cruelty”.
Yoan’s brother Kurt continued to play for West Ham United following the incident but he was fined £250,000.
He has also been charged under the Animal Welfare Act.
