Lamar Jackson’s family are being supported by specialist officers
My Jackson, 32, of Hackney, was found suffering from stab injuries in Chigwell Road shortly after midnight on Friday, 3 June.
Emergency services were called to the scene but despite their efforts he died.
Laurie John-Phillips, 32, of Enfield, was arrested on Saturday, 4 June and later charged with murder and possession of a bladed article.
He is due to appear at Barkingside Magistrates Court on today.
