Man dies after car crashes into building in South Woodford

A man has died after a car crashed into a building in South Woodford.

Emergency services were called to High Road at around 10.10am on Saturday, 7 January.

The driver of the car, aged in his 40s, was pronounced dead at the scene half an hour later.

His next of kin have been informed and are being supported by specialist officers.

Police are appealing for witnesses or anyone with dash cam footage to come forward.
