At last someone has joined me in the gym.
Rob Jones is now fully committed to running with us and his first session at Sapphire Ice and Leisure went well, although he was knackered after 4 minutes i am sure he will find some energy somewhere, he must be pretty fit I have seen the way he bounces about on stage when he performs with Missing Andy and Band theft Audio.
Anyway its great to have another committed member of the team.
I have had the worst week since i started and have only been to the gym 3 times this week. I tried to go for a run on Saturday and thought it was OK but me knee is now killing me so i am back to the cross trainer in the gym for a while.
I was really surprised that at our 21st birthday party last Friday i clocked up 7000 steps on the dance floor, but if i’m honest i probably drank a little too much for them to count as exercise.
Well done Rob for joining the team, i am still waiting to see evidence of training from Haynd and Gabby. Tom has had a few runs since his holiday and Mark is still out injured. Dean Kayne has been coming to work in trainers but i am not sure he has been running.
I am back at it now with no nights or days out planned for the next 6 weeks i need to really focus on the weight loss so its back to the gym daily and strict diet for me; how exciting !
Our just giving page will be up soon so i will be hounding you all for some support.
