A 15-year-old boy has been stabbed and killed in Collier Row, police have now confirmed.
Councillor Jason Frost, who represents Mawneys ward, says the teenager was attacked in an altercation outside the Collier Row community centre in Clockhouse Lane.
Witnesses say “hundreds” of people were at a birthday party there when violence erupted on the streets.
Police have confirmed the news and three teenagers have been arrested on suspicion of murder.
It had earlier been suggested that the boy was 14-years-old but police now say he was 15.
His family has been informed.
