A man remains in hospital with life-threatening injuries after being hit by a train at Goodmayes Station this morning.
TfL Rail and Greater Anglia are still being delayed between Shenfield and Liverpool Street.
A spokesperson for the British Transport Police said: “Officers were called to Goodmayes station at 6.55am today after reports of a person being struck by a train.
“Colleagues from the ambulance service also attended and a man was taken to hospital with what are thought to be life-threatening injuries. His family has been informed.
“This incident is not being treated as suspicious.”
