A 19-year-old man from east London has been arrested on suspicion of the commission, preparation or instigation of acts of terrorism.
Detectives from the Met’s Counter Terrorism Command took him into custody on Thursday, 29 March.
He’s being held in an east London police station.
A custody extension was sought and granted by Westminster Magistrates’ Court later on Thursday, 29 March.
