Ilford firefighters bring Christmas cheer to children in hospital

The Fire Brigade has delivered £500 worth of toys to a local hospital this festive season. 

They went to the children’s A&E department at King George Hospital in Goodmayes.

Firefighters from Ilford decided to help those stuck in A&E over the holidays. 

The toys will bring some Christmas happiness to kids who are suffering and help entertain them while they wait. 

Some of the toys include a truck, board games and a V-tech Pull and Play Elephant.
