Man arrested in connection with Dagenham stabbing

A man has been arrested following a suspected stabbing in Dagenham.

A 21-year-old was taken to hospital after being found in Hunters Square this evening (Saturday, 13 October) just before 7pm 

His injuries aren’t life-threatening or life-changing but he remains in hospital.

Another man, aged in his 20s, was arrested at the scene on suspicion of grievous bodily harm (GBH).

He remains in police custody.

A crime scene is currently in place.

Anyone with information is asked to call police on 101 regarding CAD 6721/18.
