A man was stabbed in the leg and robbed in Hornchurch last night.
Emergency services were called to Hillcrest Road just after 10pm.
They found the 27-year-old who was taken to hospital but his injuries aren’t serious.
Officers believe that the man was with a group of friends when a car stopped and a group of men got out and robbed him of his bag before stabbing him in his leg.
The group then made off from the scene. The victim’s friends managed to get away from the suspects so were unharmed.
No arrests have been made.
