Havering has the highest percentage of addresses with a garden of all London Boroughs.
It has found that 89.7% of buildings within the borough have access to private outdoor space.
Fantastic Services, which analyses data from the ONS, has found that 99.2% of houses in Havering have a garden.
Whereas 61.9% of flats have access to a private outdoor space.
This is contrasted by Tower Hamlets, which is the borough with the smallest percentage of addresses having private outdoor space; just 60.3% have access to a garden.
Barking and Dagenham has the lowest percentage of flats that have access to a garden, with only 54.2% able to enjoy a private outdoor area.
