Romford man makes artwork from old Coke cans to raise money for veterans

A Romford man is hoping to raise money for the Royal British Legion with his artwork made from old Diet Coke cans.

Geoff Moss makes the remembrance artwork in the evenings, spending around 40 hours on one piece.

Each one features individually hand-painted poppies cut from old Diet Coke cans held together with used copper wire.

They will be auctioned off at the Royal British Legion in Collier Row on Sunday.

Geoff told Time 107.5: “I wanted to do something to give back to those who gave so much to us.”
