Police were called to Warwick Road at 1.15am today to reports that a fight was taking place.
They found a man in his 30s suffering from stab wounds. He was taken to hospital but passed away.
A post-mortem examination will be held in due course.
Police are making enquiries into the circumstances and no arrests have been made.
