One victim was found with stab injuries at a home in Samuel Close on the morning of Saturday, 31 July.
The man was taken to hospital where he remains in a stable condition.
A short while later, a wounded woman was found in Plumstead Road and taken to hospital where her condition has been assessed as non life-threatening.
Police arrested a man, Anton Rhodes, at the scene.
The 27-year-old, of Samuel Close, was later charged on Sunday, 1 August with two counts of attempted murder.
He will appear in custody at Bromley Magistrates’ Court today.
Enquiries into both incidents are ongoing.
