The game was halted in the final minutes of the match due to the medical emergency
The Daggers were playing Salford City when the game was temporarily halted around the 88th minute due to the medical emergency in the stands at Victoria Road.
Observers said a supporter was carried away on a stretcher in the final minutes of the match.
The club tweeted last night with the update, thanking the crowd doctor and paramedics for “their swift response.”
The supporter in question is in a stable condition after suffering a fit, and we would once again like to thank the Crowd Doctor and paramedics for their swift response.
Everyone at Dagenham & Redbridge would like to wish the supporter a speedy recovery. #COYD?? https://t.co/5VND17VabE
