Emergency services were called to Baden Road at around 1.40pm this afternoon.
The Metropolitan Police said officers attended the scene following “reports of a man fallen from a height.”
In a statement, the Met said: “Officers attended alongside the London Ambulance Service and the man … was taken to hospital.”
It is not known how serious his injuries are.
No arrests have been made but officers are conducting enquiries into the incident.

A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We dispatched an advance paramedic, an ambulance crew, a team leader and an incident response officer, with the first of our medics arriving in under six minutes. We also dispatched London’s Air Ambulance.
“A patient was treated at the scene and taken by road to a major trauma centre.”
