So we’ve changed our usual wardrobes and mixed the show up a bit! YOU came up with the ANAGRAM from SAM ALLARDYCE and tried to figure out which one Neil had written down. Our BANGERS OR SMASH’s were Rock covers of Jazz tunes and Jazz covers of Rock tunes! (Muse – Feeling Good up against Richard Cheese- Welcome to the Jungle. He may not have won today but Sam managed to win two in a row this week!)
The TIME TUNNEL started with the number 1! We had a ‘not so local clue’ and the BIG BREAKFAST DEBATE was all about what we could agree on! No debating here!
We love to be a bit different on this show, so far this week we’ve also talked about sharing household chores,

WE’VE WON THE £50 CHALLENGE! Saint Francis Hospice challenged businesses across our area to put their money-making skills to the test when they were handed a £50 note and are tasked with turning it into as much money for the Hospice as possible!
We did so well raising – £6,651! Thank you to everyone who donated, who took part in challenges and supported us in this event. Neil and Steve loved hosting the Solid Gold Roadshow to raise money and what about listener Richelle shaving her head to raise money?? Everyone has been so supportive and we’ve so pleased! Thank you! and WELL DONE!
