It’s Mental Health Awareness Week

And Havering Mind have a special  event today between 10 am – 4pm in Romford Market. Join Havering Mind and other local providers to find out more about mental well-being and what services are available in the local area!

Alice is currently working on a theatre show all about Mental Health to take to parents and school children in London and Essex – The story is based on real life interviews and has information from Young Minds Uk and Therapy for you. Aimed at children aged 10 upwards, parents, carers, teachers and families. There is information for everyone to learn more about how to support a loved one,  colleague or student with mental health issues.
