The offences were committed between October and November 2022.
They happened in Gallows Corner, Bryant Avenue, Collier Row Lane, Dagnam Park Drive and Southend Arterial Road, Romford.
The four men have been jailed after pleading guilty at Snaresbrook Crown Court on Monday, 18 September.
They were sentenced at the same court on Monday, 4 December as follows:
Michael Smith, 40, from Havering Road, Romford was sentenced to seven years imprisonment for conspiracy to commit a non-dwelling burglary, theft, theft of motor vehicle, assault occasioning actual bodily harm, and driving whilst disqualified and two offences of dangerous driving.
Dean Nuet, 37, from Neave Crescent, Romford was sentenced to four years six months’ imprisonment for conspiracy to commit a non-dwelling burglary.
Gregory Samuel, 46, from Faringdon Avenue, Romford was sentenced to 20 months’ imprisonment for a non-dwelling burglary and for possession of a bladed article.
Mark Bousfield, 47yrs from squirrels Heath Lane, Romford was sentenced to 13 months’ imprisonment for non-dwelling burglary.
