Police have released an image of a man they want to speak to after a collision in Romford.
A stolen Ford Focus collided with a lorry on the A13 at the Wennington Interchange in March.
David Leslie Hansen, 26 and from east London is wanted on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving, aggravated vehicle taking and failing to stop at the scene of an accident.
As a result of the crash, a passenger suffered life changing injuries.
Hansen is known to frequent the east London and Liverpool areas.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact police via 101 quoting reference 312/18 March.
