The collision happened in Collier Row Lane, near to the Bell and Gate Pub at around 12.20pm today.
The London Ambulance Service told Time 107.5 that they treated a patient at the scene and took a second person to hospital.
A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police had said earlier that they believe no one was seriously injured in the crash.
Police have taped off the road and a diversion is in place, including for buses.
