Two teenagers robbed and punched in Hornchurch park

Two teenagers have been robbed in a park in Hornchurch.

The pair were approached and threatened by two men in Elliot Playing Fields, off Hubbards Chase, at around 7.30pm on Wednesday, 12 January.

One of the victims was punched in the face.

The two men ran off with the victims belongings including their jackets, a bag and mobile phone.

No arrests have been made and police say enquiries are continuing.
