Police investigating “unexplained” death in Collier Row

Police are investigating the death of a 21-year-old man in Collier Row. 

Officers responded to reports of an unresponsive man at an address in Havering Road at around 10.50am yesterday. 

The London Ambulance Service was also called to the scene. They pronounced him dead at 12.03pm.

“The death is currently being treated as unexplained,” said a spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police.

“A post-mortem examination will take place in due course.

“Next of kin have been notified.”
