PRE-SEASON: Orient beat East Thurrock United as Daggers held by Colchester

Leyton Orient eased to victory in their pre-season friendly with East Thurrock United last night.

Macauley Bonne, David Mooney and Josh Koroma were on target for the O’s with a Lewis Knight own goal completing the scoring.

Dagenham and Redbridge were held to a 1-all draw with Colchester United as their build up to the new season continued.

Michael Cheek opened the scoring in the first half but Colchester equalised late on.
