Schoolgirl injured in collision outside Sydney Russell school

A schoolgirl has been hit by a vehicle outside the Sydney Russell school in Dagenham. 

It happened in Parsloes Avenue just after 3pm today.

A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We sent an ambulance crew and a single responder in a car to the scene, with the first of our medics arriving in under four minutes.

“We treated a teenage girl at the scene and took her to hospital as a priority.”

There is no update yet on her condition.
