Appeal for food for local food hamper service

They’re asking for help with many household items. 

A local Free Food Hamper Help group are appealing for donations to help them keep supporting people in need.

They work across the area to get essentials like food and toiletries to those who currently can’t afford it.

Advice is also offered on other sources of support when there is a longer wait on food.

The food currently being providing is coming out of the pockets and houses of those who run the group so they are reaching out to local communities for help as the number of those in need is larger than the supplies they have.

The team consists of Morgan and Jane in Barking & Dagenham, Pippa in Brentwood and Katrina in Rainham.
