Where did September go?? I managed the second local hen do for my friend and the wedding is now this month! (Any tips for making sure I stay the right size for my bridesmaid dress??)
My nephew celebrated his first birthday and is now WALKING! …well staggering about a bit, but still! What a triumph!
The first baby shower I’ve organised is coming up too. I’m so nervous! I hope everyone enjoys it! Have you got any big events coming up? Got any spooky plans for Halloween!? (We’re not mentioning the C-mas word yet……)

I’m currently touring with N-Act Theatre with a special performance all about mental health. We’ve been taking it to schools, but also offer it as part of staff training and corporate training for businesses. We’ve done special talks for parents and families and audiences have been so responsive.
INVISIBLE is about Denny, he has written a blog to his 12-year-old self which he shares with the audience. Through a mixture of humour and pathos, we learn from his experiences when growing up. Denny’s story makes us think about perception, stigma, how to recognise if someone is suffering, how we can help, and when to call in the professionals. A touching and moving story which lifts our hearts. It is based on true stories and research with Young Minds and Therapy for you.
INVISIBLE is an important play about mental health – for all of us.

This November We’ll be performing INVISIBLE at the British School Muscat Oman and the headteacher is a big supporter of the arts, so it’s such an honour to be asked back and to be doing this production.
