Police arrived at the home, in Cromwell Road, to find three men inside, as well as a man who was suffering from facial injuries, at 2.35am , Grays.
An 18-year-old was arrested at the scene while two others ran away.
A police helicopter was used to catch the fleeing 19 and 20-year-olds who were located in Hogg Lane.
All three remain in custody for questioning.
