Swedish fashion retailer H&M has also agreed to extend their stay
Flannels will take residence, in the unit which was formerly Topshop, from spring 2022 having signed a 15-year-lease.
Flannels is one of the UK’s leading luxury retailers which first opened in the north of England in 1976.
They currently have 37 stores across the UK, including their flagship London store.
Swedish fashion retailer H&M has also agreed to extend its stay in Romford, they signed a ten-year extension with Global Mutual, the company who run the centre.
The new arrangement will see H&M undergo a full revamp and refurbishment.
Steven Gray, Head of European retail asset management at Global Mutual, said: “This latest round of lettings highlights the appeal of our centre to both independent and international retailers, who recognise the value of what we can offer as a shopping destination.
“It is hugely encouraging to see major retailers like Frasers Group and H&M investing in their physical presence within our centre, which we believe will have a positive ripple effect for all our retailers”.
