Appeal after man has van stolen in Harold Park

An appeal has been launched after a man had his van stolen from alongside the A12 in Harold Park.

Adrian Miller had just got into the white Vauxhall Vivaro near Woodstock Avenue and the Esso Garage on the northbound carriageway.

He was forced out of his van and the suspect got into the driver’s seat.

The man then started to drive off with the door open while Adrian, a photographer, ran alongside trying to get him to stop.

But the suspect got away and was heading towards the Brook Street Roundabout.

The van, a white Vauxhall Vivaro, has Adrian’s distinctive logo on both sides.

It happened at around 4.45pm yesterday (Tuesday, 28 January).

No arrests have been made so far.
