Multiple pockets of fire broke out among an area of fly-tipped waste in Launders Lane at around 3.45pm yesterday afternoon.
At the height of the incident, around 60 firefighters were trying to extinguish the fires.
They brought the situation under control by 2.45am this morning but crews are still at the scene as some hot spots remain alight.
There were no reports of any injuries.
The London Fire Brigade has issued a warning after crews tackled two wasteland fires in the area over the weekend as well.
The brigade asked people not to use disposable BBQs in parks and not to leave glass bottles on grass.
