Person rushed to hospital after being struck by train in Dagenham Heathway

A person has been rushed to hospital after being hit by a train at Dagenham Heathway station. 

Emergency services responded to reports of a casualty on the tracks at around 10.20am on Friday, 29 April.

A British Transport Police spokesperson confirmed their injuries are “not believed to be life-threatening or life-changing”.

The incident is also not being treated as suspicious.
