Two men arrested for Dagenham Lidl burglary

Two men have been arrested on suspicion of breaking in to a Lidl’s supermarket in Dagenham.

Police were called to the premises in Longbridge Road at 1.45am this morning.

Officers attended and arrested the two men at the scene.

They remain in custody at a police station.

Enquiries into the circumstances continue.
