The Barking & Dagenham police account suggested the ordnance had been found in Choats Road, near the Thames, on Friday, 5 March.

Officers are yet to respond to further information about the incident.
The Ministry of Defence said it makes safe roughly 60 WW2 bombs every year.
During a separate incident, thousands of residents had to be evacuated after a 1,000kg German bomb was discovered in Exeter last month.
Doors and windows were damaged by a controlled explosion but most people have now been able to return home.
